Can I take it off?
Yes! You can remove your Permanent Jewelry with scissors or a nail clipper. Simply save your jewelry in a safe place and reach out via email or schedule a re-weld service online to have it rewelded when you're ready.

Can I wear it through TSA?
Yes! TSA has no problem with those wearing jewelry through the airport

Will you have charms available?
Yes!! These will be first come first serve and seasonal!

How much is it?
Pricing is by the inch and is specific to the metal type you choose as well as the chain style. We have all budgets in mind ranging from $60+

Sterling Silver, Gold Filled, Rose Gold Filled, 14K White & Yellow Gold.

What is Gold Filled?
“Gold-filled” is a USA industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight. It’s a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14k gold with extreme heat over a core of high quality jeweler’s brass resulting in a durable, quality real gold product.

Is Gold Filled good quality?
Gold-fill is absolutely your best option after solid gold for quality and durability. It will not flake off or turn your skin green and offers a great option for people with sensitive skin. We only use the best USA made gold-filled components and stand behind our product’s quality. Gold-filled jewelry can stay beautiful for a lifetime, especially with a little care.

Will Gold Filled chain tarnish? 
GF materials are not supposed to tarnish for a long time. It's possible for gold-fill to tarnish under certain circumstances, but it should not tarnish easily.

Will Gold Filled chain turn my skin green?
No. There are very rare instances where certain people's body chemistry reacts with the 14k gold to leave a green residue on the skin, but this happens in approximately 0.001% of people, so it should not be a concern.

Can I choose my Chain beforehand?
If there is a specific chain you are wanting please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request!




What if my permanent jewelry breaks?
Our linkers employ an inspection process to ensure your jewelry is properly welded before you exit your appointment. If your Permanent Jewelry breaks AT THE WELD spot within 48 hours, then we will re-weld at no charge.

What if I lose my permanent jewelry?
We cannot offer replacements or refunds or discounts to replace lost chains, due to the personal nature of the wearer’s lifestyle, job and other external factors that are out of our control.
